Founder & CEO
Michelle is a mother of four (soon to be five), a longtime peer-to-peer milk donor, and the
founder of The Human Milky Way. After donating over 40,000 ounces of human milk and
spending nearly a decade supporting families in her community, she began creating a platform to
address the systemic barriers that prevent equitable access to human milk. Michelle leads
strategy, product design, and mission alignment—drawing from personal experience, policy
awareness, and an unwavering belief in the power of human milk to save lives and transform
communities.
